Mafi is your AI money coach — the fast way to log a spend and know if you’ll make it this month. Here’s how to get help.
Mafi AI Pro is billed through your Apple ID. To manage or cancel, open iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Mafi, or the App Store → your profile → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
To restore a purchase on a new device, open Mafi’s upgrade screen and tap Restore purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
You sign in with your email and a one-time code — no passwords. To delete your account and data, go to Profile → Delete Account in the app; this permanently removes your data.
Capture a spend by typing it, speaking it, or via the Apple Pay / Back Tap shortcut. If a contactless payment didn’t log, you can add it manually from the ＋ button — your daily safe-to-spend updates instantly.
Turn nudges on or off in Profile → Notifications (and in iPhone Settings → Notifications → Mafi). Mafi sends at most one coaching push a day.
Is my money safe? You stay in control of what you log. Your data is encrypted in transit and isolated per account.
